Terms and Conditions

(OMODA & JAECOO Malaysia Professional Affiliate Programme)

  1. The list of eligible organisations, associations, institutions and/or corporation is subject to change at the sole discretion of JAECOO Auto Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“JAMSB”).
  2. In the case of an eligible corporation, the vehicle purchased must be registered under the company name.
  3. In the case of an eligible individual, the vehicle purchased must be registered under the individual's name or that of his immediate family member (spouse, parents or children).
  4. Registration under immediate family member will require documentation proof such as marriage certificate or birth certificate, whichever applicable.
  5. Customer shall submit all required documentations to JAMSB's authorised dealers, failing which the application will not be processed by JAMSB.
  6. Eligible customer shall only be entitled to all the benefits or the purchase of brand-new OMODA & JAECOO vehicle from JAMSB's authorised dealers.
  7. The applicability, computation and allowances of the benefits in each purchase shall be subject to approval by JAMSB at its absolute discretion.
  8. All decisions made by JAMSB are final and no appeals or discussions will be entertained.
  9. JAMSB reserves the right to terminate the Professional Affiliate Programme at any time without prior notice.
  10. By submitting the application to JAMSB's authorised dealers, the customer affirms that he has read, understood, and agreed to the policies in JAMSB's Privacy Policy and consent to his personal data being processed and used by JAMSB as stipulated in the said Privacy Policy in OMODA & JAECOO official website.
  11. Only cars manufactured in 2026 are eligible for PAP.
  12. These Terms and Conditions may be amended, replaced and/or deleted at any time in JAMSB's sole discretion.

KUALA LUMPUR, 6 FEBRUARY 2026 – With the official market debut of the highly anticipated JAECOO J5 just weeks away, OMODA | JAECOO Malaysia has officially entered the final phase of its launch countdown. The brand provided a refined price estimate of RM110,000 for the J5, alongside the announcement of a high-value Super Early Bird package worth RM8,888 to reward customers who secure their bookings ahead of next month's official launch.

The announcement was made during a Media Appreciation event, which served as a strategic update on the brand's 2026 trajectory. The evening also marked the formal introduction of Chris Tan as the new Head of OMODA | JAECOO Malaysia, signalling a fresh chapter of leadership as the brand prepares for its most significant launch of 2026.

To support its growing community of over 25,000 owners, OMODA | JAECOO Malaysia is aggressively expanding its sales & service network. After growing to 50 authorized dealerships in 2025, the brand will expand to 65 locations nationwide in 2026. This expansion ensures that premium sales and aftersales support remain easily accessible to customers across every major region in Malaysia.

The upcoming launch of the JAECOO J5 (est. RM110,000) and the OMODA C9 PHEV (est. RM220,000) represents only the first phase of the brand's 2026 roadmap. OMODA | JAECOO Malaysia hinted at a busy second half of the year, with additional new model introductions planned for Q3 and Q4 2026. While details of these upcoming arrivals remain under wraps, they are expected to further diversify the brand's portfolio in the premium SUV and electrified segments
